USB Wireless NIC on Linux

I installed Linux for the first time today (Pink Tie / Redhat 8.0). I can't get my Belkin Wireless USB NIC to work. Belkin offers no Linux drivers and nobody could help me out on IRC channels. Thanks in advance for your help.
