Is it possible to remove a hotmail account permanently from my pc?

Not sure what you are actually referring to as Hotmail is a web-based application/service. If you are referring to cached data concerning your Hotmail account on the web browser, then you should look into clearing those specific or all currently cached information which you wish to remove.
