cisco & linksys

I have a cisco 2524 behind my BEFSR41. I would like to telnet into it.
Cisco e0 = 192.168.1.200

Linksys setup:
DHCP >> Disable
Block WAN Request: Disable
Multicast Pass Through: Enable
IPSec Pass Through: Enable
PPTP Pass Through: Enable

Port forwarding:
telnet tcp 23 >23 192.168.1.200 enabled

DMZ set to 192.168.1.200

Pc's static 192.168.1.x
I can telnet from the lan side but not WAN side

Can someone tell me what I am missing
