email within home network

Currently have home network, would like to have facility to mail within the network, with the mail instantly being readable to the recipient (though pop-up or similar). Any advice or recomendations would be appreciated. Current client OE 6.

Heres a free network client that I use and it sounds liek it will be what you want. And its free.
