how much bandwidth do i need if im going to share my internet connection for 400 users? please help

Cross-posting/reposting doesn't get answers any quicker. It just confuses things, if different approaches are explored. You should pick one of the threads and delete the other.

Your goal of servicing 400 users is beyond the networks typically discussed across these forums, plus is too vague as there are usage and technology factors that also come into play which you have not provided any details upon.
