This is my situation:

I currently have the following equipment from a previous setup. Linksys WKPC54G, NP100-WM 10/100 PC card, older desktop pc with ethernet port.

I have just purchased a new laptop with wifi and an all in one wifi printer.

The older pc is going to be in a basement. I did not rough in any connections. The laptop and printer will be upstairs where the connection is. There is a cinderblock wall in between the two computers. How do I use the equipment I have (stated above) and set up a completely wireless network with excellent signal strength? What new hardware (if any) do I need??

Forgive me if I'm clueless, but I want to get it right from the start.

Are you actually experiencing any difficulties?

It looks like you have "distorted" your actual NAT router model by just identifying the "bundled package" that it came in. Most Linksys NAT routers have removable antennas, you may be able to boost its performance with a higher gain antenna, if you are indeed experiencing performance issues.
