I am connected to wireless but cannot access internet!

for some time now i cannot connect to my at home wireless network. i cannot figure it out.

im on my desktop now, but when i try to connect wirelessly from my laptop it does not work. i dont think its the laptop either b/c it works just fine at school


it is odd though because it wont work when connected with ethernet cord either at home OR at school...strange.

You haven't provided anywhere near enough information to even start. How about:

1. Any other computers on your home network?
2. Wireless versus wired computers on the home network.
3. Operating System being used on problematic computer.
4. TCP/IP configuration of problematic computer.
