I was just reading this thread and I was wondering if anything ever eventuated from this as I find myself in a similar predicament. Here's the situation:

I have a Laptop running Vista Home Basic.

I have a vodafone GPRS USB modem with a D/L rate of 7.2Mbps.

I have a Nokia 95 8GB (connected via USB) with a GPRS connection with '3' with a D/L rate of 12Mbps.

The devices are obviously through different cellular networks. It is desirable to run them simulataenously as the signal fluctuates on both networks (and double the speed sounds great to me!).

Each device uses its own software from the manufacturer.

How can I make them both work at the same time?

Thanks for your help.

I saw your post, pls how can i configure my phone with my laptop for free internet access? Do I need any software? PLs give me the full information and every necessary links.

You might try reading the thread (http://forums.practicallynetworked.com/showthread.php?threadid=6446) or even the posting that you quoted more carefully. Your posting has nothing to do with running multiple ISP connections simultaneously, so it has been moved off onto its own thread.

Normally, Internet/data access via a cellular phone is not free, it is at the minimum "metered" against your plan.

You need to contact your cellular carrier as each one has different requirements and procedures.
