pc not appear in network neighbourhood

I can ping my other computers, but can't get them to appear in Network Neighborhood or find them with Find > Computer.

i can ping bth the pcs. One pc can access both pcs. but another pc itself not seen in network neighbourhood or cant see other pc. error message is network path not found

pls help?
