Heres the story, we have 5 overall remote sites, unfortunatly we also have an employee that keeps altering the server password, the problem is we have over 200 it. staff, so it could be any 1 of them!
We can access the servers logon page remotly, but as passwords have been changed we cannot gain access,
Does any1 know of a simple program / hack to get into the servers so we can change the passwords back, again this needs to be done remotly?

No, I don't have an answer to that but perhaps someone else will...
What OS is the server running? Surely you only give administrator access to network/server admins and not normal users? If not then you really really need to tighten up security in that regard...

os = 1 X sbs2003 and 4 X 2003 svr std
Users do not have access, but all i.t. admin staff do.

Phil, your network growing by 2 sites does not change the fact that these forums are geared at basic SOHO networking and you have continually ignored that fact with your postings that are way beyond the topic goals/scope of the forums. This is the second warning - http://forums.practicallynetworked.com/showthread.php?t=8323.
If your IT staff is 200 strong and you do not have account/password control, then you have business issues that are beyond the technical realm. It may fall under the audit and regulatory lines as lack of IT operational control/discipline that is putting the business at risk.
