Hi,
I'm after a little advice about setting up a home email server. I'd like my "always on" PC (the server) to connect to all my POP3 accounts and store the mail on that machine. Then when I turn on my normal use PC and open outlook it will download the mail not from the POP3 servers, but from the server PC. This means that I can access my emails from anywhere by logging in to webmail on the server PC.
is there any software that does this? I don't want to actually host email - I think that means changing MX records etc - I simply want to download the mail and store on the server machine.
any advice is much appreciated!!
