Hi,

I want to create wireless network at my home. my old network using dsl-504t and 3 computers connect to it. I already buy the wireless router and connect lan port(d-link) to wan port(aztech). I use dynamic ip to retrieve WAN ip but i got problem that the wireless router cannot got the ip. when i open the log, it say that "DHCP request timeout". i try to disable DHCP on wireless router but I can't. I cant make wired and wireless router communicate each other.

What you probably should have bought for this application is a wireless access point, not a router. A WAP is designed to do precisely what you're trying to do, while a router is designed to do what your D-Link router is already doing.

The common routine in this situation is to disable DHCP on the second router (your Aztech) and connect to the first router LAN port to LAN port -- do not use the WAN port on the second router (the Aztech). This should 'convert' the Aztech to a wireless hub/switch and allow IP assignment duties for your wireless devices to be handled by the D-Link router.

Good luck!
