Hi guys,
Got a slight problem here. Currently i have a network with a wireless modem router that receives our adsl, hard wired to 1 pc and another hard wired connection to a wireless router about 20 meters away.

There's two things i want to fix:
The first is that, at the moment any laptop in the network initially can see both the wireless the routers. Once it connects to one it cannot see the other and once that connection is disconnected it cant see any of them at all. Is this an IP problem or do I need to have alternating channels, what?

The other is i want to be sure that any computers on the network, whether they are connected to one router or the other, are able to see all the other computers connected to both routers. Again what to i need to do to ensure this can happen.

Thanks in advance.
Daniel

PS I've attached a picture of my network topology to help out.

Here I think I found the solution anyway...

Is this going to work?
Am i always going to be able to see both access points? Will say, andrew be able to print straight from his laptop?

Thanks
Danny

Note: where it says Channel 9 for wireless2 its meant to be a 6.

i would make change the config of the second router to AP mode ( access point ) and you shouldn't have a problem doing this.
