Remote Access Software without using IP Address

Does anyone know of any software thats will allow me to connect over the internet to another PC that doesn't do so via IP address.
The PC I want to connect to is on an intranet, with full acess to the internet.

Something like the MSN remote assistance would be good... however there will be no one on the pc been accessed to manually accept it.

Have you looked at something like LogMeIn?

I have never used it but others seem to like it.

Personally I use Remote Desktop runnng through a VPN tunnel to remotely access/control PCs (XP Pro and Vista Ultimate) on my home LAN. Of course that does not fit your requirement...
