extend network to another building

2 buildings within 1 mile away, building A is central office , building B is new rent wrehouse and office. Need to extend exsiting network (data and voice) to the new building. Running direct line will be lots of works to getting permit, thinking about using wireless, such as Gigabeam , anyone know any other good choice?
Also need to extend existing PBX phone system to new building through the channel (suppose connection has been setup), we use Definity system, any good suggestion? such as use VoIP gateway? no idea how it work, any suggestion will be helpful...
