L2TP Site Connections fail after installing SP1 on Server 2003

I have two sites joined by a L2TP connection (using PAK at present). One is running SBS 2003 SP1 the other is Server 2003. All works fine - AD replicates etc.

After installing SP1 on the 2003 box the link fails with "Remote server not found".

Setup has a demand dial port defined on each server is RRAS.

Router firewalls disabled, Basic firewall disabled (briefly!), still no conection.

Unistall SP1, all works fine again!!

Any ideas?

You probably know a lot more about SBS and Server 2003 than I do.
I wondered if you have checked the MS KB. There seem a lot of issues with SP1.
Maybe this one?
