One of the wireless access points at the company I work for constantly drops connections. There are only three people using it at any given time, so the workload is very light. The network access point has also been tested on more than one occasion and it is working fine. Is there something else I can try to rectify the problem or should a new router be ordered?

I am quite desperate! It is a Senao (model number: SL 3054CB3 PLUS DELUXE)

You stated:

However, what you must also consider is the overall load on the entire WAP system, as the amount of users on the entire WAP side will effect the connectivity.

Remember: Wireless is a poor solution at best and is used for convience only

Survey the area near the Access Point (AP) for noise, might be that there is a signal that interfere with the Access Point.

Otherwise, take a spare AP, or an AP from a spot that works well, and try it at the problematic location to rule out unstable AP.
