On my netork I had one wireless laptop running xp SP2 and a win2K connected via usb to the router
The netwok between these computers is fully funtioning
I now wish to add another wireless laptop running XP SP2, I set up the wi fi connection and get full connectivity. It can access the internet but cant see any other computers on the network. I have disabled all firewalls and problem still persists.
The two other computers on the network can see the new laptop but when I click on it it comes up with "the network path was not found"
File & Printer sharing is enabled on all computers, relevent folders are selected to be shared on the network.
I cannot ping the new lapatop and get the message "request timed out" in all 4 cases on both the other computers. I get the same result when I ping from the new laptop to another computer.
All have the same subnet mask and default gateway. The IP adresses only vary in the last number.
All computers have different names and are in the same workgroup.
As you can see I have gone through quite alot of potential problems and I am now stuck. I will welcome any sugestions so please reply.
