I've never heard of it. Have you tried plugging it into a search engine and seeing what comes back?

HI,

Bee service is monitoring software that comes with a certain brand of webcam from V-Gear.
The streaming service allows you to monitor the camera from a remote location. The IP address displayed is that of the computer the webcam is installed on. By typing that in after the streaming service has been activated should allow the remote monitoring.
