I am working on setting up the LAN in my home here to be as follows:
-----------------DSL Modem-----------------
--------------------|-----------------
-----------------LAN Hub-----------------
|-------------------+-----------------|
Voip Router---------|-------------PC1(WinXP)
----------------- Router-----------------
|-----------------+-----------------|
PC2(WinXP) ------------------ PC3(Linux FC)

I have it so they all connect to the DSL connection and the ip addresses are as so in the IP Route.

-----------------192.168.1.1------------------
|---------------------+---------------------|
XXX.XXX.XX.XXX------|-----------XXX.XXX.XX.XXX
-----------------192.168.2.1-----------------
|-----------------+-------------------------|
PC2(192.168.2.64) ----------------PC3(192.168.2.28)

I need help in understanding how to get the PC3 as the web server for the DSL assigned IP address without moving it in the configuration or on the main ethernet. PC3 has dual Ethernet but not sure if both are working.

ANy guidance on where to look or how to learn this would be great. THanks.

Based on what you have presented, it may be either port forwarding across the routers or a combination of port forwarding and a dual home configuration of PC3. Either way, the configuring of servers is pretty much beyond the scope of the subjects discussed across these forums. These forums are mostly focused on basic SOHO networking.
