I have recently updated some equipment that requires the majority of the common ports to be forwarded to the devices for possible telnet,ftp and other helpdesk paths, and I have R1 to handle these request. The problem is that I must be able to access the internet and be able to ftp thru my second pc and possibly other devices down the road. I intend on using the dmz host ip on my first router to be the static ip for my R2 so i will be able to do future port forwarding on other devices, will I be able to do this? If not what is the best solution?
