I bought a D-Link kit (DSL-G604T+DWL-G122). The router installed ok but after following the instructions for installing the DWL-G122 USB Wireless Adapter the manual says I should see a Green 'D' icon in the system tray. The 'D' I get is an animated red and white 'D'. No mention is made of this in the manual. I've run the configuration program anyway but the link page says it's disconnected (from the router) The Area Survey page picks up a weak signal (7%) but I can't imaging this is the router as the DWL-G122 is right next to the router and the name is not 'default'. Any ideas - I admit that I am a novice at networking but I thought 'everyone else manages to do it so it must be simple' :(
help from anyone that's used these particular devices appreciated.

It sounds as though the router is not producing a wireless signal. If you have followed their setup procedure I would suggest calling Dlink tech support to determine if the router is faulty.
