wireless network problem

there is a belkin modem/router on the workstation, a Atheros AR5005g on a notebook, and a d-link DWLG630 pcmia card on the other notebook.

Can I configure WPA-PSK on the belkin to make these cards WPA encyrpted?

And how do I set up the d-link card?

Maybe I should have all the same brands/would this be a better solution or can I make this work?

There are multiple WPA implementations/combinations, so you need to ensure it is matched up on both ends. Even with the same manufacturer, you need to make sure the implementations/combinations match up. There is at least TKIP verses AES just for WPA-PSK alone...
