hi
i've got 3 computers in my home and i've broadband internet connection.I use router for the 3 pc's.it means that may be all 3 pc's are individually connectd with the router..i mean they are independent in getting the internet connection. These three pc's can access each other.BUT I would like to put password for each pc and user name field should be empty too..so that needs to type user name and offcourse password...when say PC1 wants to access PC2 then PC1 needs to put user name and password to access PC2.same for other PC2 and PC3.
I tried to do it but unfortunately i'vent find any clue.my home network is under workgroup, but it doesnt mean that i cannot use user name and password protection for network computer access.
i tried to figure it out ..but every time i search ..i find about user account password.BUT thats not I want.user account password is for local access.I mean say for PC1 ..it can have 2 users.so they may put password.no i dont wanna know that.i want to know what i just told above.
i'm using Windows XP pro.
One more thing can anyone plz tell me is it possible to keep the user name field blank when i log in to windows using clt+alt+del?in case of xp pro.
CAN ANYONE PLZ GIVE ME PROPER SOLUTION FOR ABOVE MATTERS? I'LL REALLY APPRECIATE IT. THNX FOR UR HELP.
