Which server software?

A friend of mine runs a small business with 12 PCs connected using a 16-port switch. All the PCs use XP Pro and therefore not all of them can access shares at the same time due to the 10 connections limitation.

What software should I run on the "server" to allow more than 10 machines to access its shares at once?
