Determine / Monitor Packet Collisions?

I was wondering if it was possible to monitor the number of packet collisions on a network? We are having communication issues and I want to eliminate this as an issue.

This is beyond the typical capabilities of the SOHO equipment and applications that are discussed across these forums. You might try http://www.enterpriseitplanet.com. They also have a forum too and it is geared at business networks.
