Home phone line system

I have been unable to get a new computer running XP to network with two others running Win 95 using ActionLink networking kit mfg. by ActionTec. This system has been in use for more than three years. The XP machine recognizes the network card. The problem is with loading the DynaNAT Manager software. During the software install a box shows "No Home Network Adapter Found". Going to Control Panel shows a working card. ANy suggestions would be appreciated.
