i have 2 pcs running windows xp service pack 2 using belkin wireless network cards
all was fine a week ago..... But now when i try to access the network its says

"network is not accessible.you might not have permission to use this network resource.contact the adminstrator of this server to find out if you have access permissions. the list of servers for this workgroup is not currently available"

i can still ping both computers, and on one computer i can see the other computer but cant get in tried re-setting set up home or small office network. any help will be apprectiated

Yeah i tried that numerous times!!!!! i reinstalled the cards but still no avail.

i have 2 pcs upstairs and downstairs, running windows xp service pack 2 using belkin wireless network cards.
All was fine a week ago..... But now when i try to access the network workgroup from downstairs to upstairs its says:

"network is not accessible.you might not have permission to use this network resource.contact the adminstrator of this server to find out if you have access permissions. the list of servers for this workgroup is not currently available"

i can still ping the computer downstairs from the upstairs computer,but cannot ping the other way round. And have checked both IPs. And disabled all firewalls.

i can get in the workgroup from upstairs,but its the only computer there. Tried re-setting set up home or small office network. any help will be apprectiated

also when i re-do the network setup i can get in from upstairs, i can see both computers in the work group but cannot access it, but when accessing the workgroup from downstairs its blank no computers in there. Then if i reboot my downstairs computer cannot access the workgroup and my upstairs is on its own . Im thinking of formatting and reinstalling XP on the downstairs one as im switching ISP and will have time to do it
