Network via Router

I have a PC (WInd XP SP2) attached by ethernet cable to a Belkin Router which can access the internet. I have a laptop (also Wind XP SP2) connected by wireless to the same router and which can also access the internet. They both have the same Network name and settings gained via the network wizard. The PC has a printer attached which I wish to use for the laptop. Neither computer can "see" the other (tried pinging) and I cannot see how to manually change the settings to achieve this. I use Zone Alarm as firewall and it is not this that is stopping the link.
