XPhome not seeing wireless network

Ive recently just done a system restore on my acer apsire 1520 laptop and for some reason the windows wireless network connection program is not finding the network anymore.

When I use netstumbler (http://www.netstumbler.com/) to see if the network and the in-built wireless card is working it can see the network.

running XPhome SP2, turnned off windows firewall.

has anyone got any sugestions ?

Sounds likely you have removed some important settings in the wireless configuration, like SSID and/or encryption.

Thanks for the reply, Ive sorted it now. It was some setting on the router I had fiddled with. Did a factory restore and it all works fine now. :)
