im trying to set up a network with a rg 1000 residential gateway. my computer with the truemobile 1150 wireless card has windows xp. i want to use the rg 1000 with dialup netzero, but when i connect it (the rg1000) to a phone line and turn it on, my computer wont recognize it. the program on the disk that came with it interferes with xp's built in support for the wireless card, and i tried it and it didnt work. neither did the Rg1000 setup tool, also on the disk.
that may have been confusing, so ill say it short and sweet. i want to plug the rg1000 into a phone line, and be able to get on the internet (wirelessly) on my computer with xp. (with a truemobile 1150 wireless card)
