sharing internet connection

I have a home ethernet LAN running. no problem. I have just added an access point with latop connected wireless. We need to share the internet connection. Stand alone no problem from pc's and laptop connecting to internet. But if we need to connect at the same time that is a problem.

what is the best way. all pc's and laptop have xp.

Should I use ICS or a proxy program or is there another solution without more hardware.

ICS will do the job.

That will then require that I have 2 nic in my pc. Analogx a free proxy software does work but the 2nd pc ot laptop connecting becomes very slow
