Need Help Configuring Win2k Server

Hello, I have never set up a Windows 2000 Server Network, and need a little help. I have the Win2k Server and 6 workstations. There is only one NIC on the server, so I'm assuming I need a hub to connect all the workstations to it? Should it be set up as on a Workgroup, or a Domain? If someone could please help me reveal the mysteries of having a server-based Network, I'd greatly appreciate it!

I don't know how to setup a W2K server. I wondered why you need a server ? Maybe a peer to peer workgroup is really all you need?

it's really not recommended to setup a domain with only 6 workstations.
but if u'r really desperate to do so, then promote ur server by going to start, run, then type in dcpromo
that'll start the wizard
and just follow the on-screen instructions...make sure u install DNS if u don't already have it on the server or anywhere on ur network
