I have a peer/peer ethernet link between a new XP laptop and a W98 PC with a new DLINK DFE 530TX 10/100 NIC.
Mostly this is workink ... BUT
File transfers from PC to Laptop run fine while transfers from Laptop to PC are VERY slow (30 mins vs 10 sec!).
It does not matter which machine initiates the transfer.
Any ideas please?
