Hi all,
I've recently joined a shared internet connection. This connection isn't managed properly (imho!), as some services, especially gaming, suffers immensely from other services being used. Then I thought, maybe theres a way to configure Quality of Service, QoS, on the router (We are on a Cisco SOHO 77 router) to provide reliable gaming-services, plus reliable, though a bit penalized eamil and web-surfing!
Is this possible, and how to do it?
Do you have similar problems, and how did you solve it/them?
Is there a website or informations-ressource specifically on providing best performance on a shared internet connection?
TIA,
MadGabZ
