difficulty importing Outlook Express messages from XP to ME

I'm trying to switch all the pertinent data between two computers, one using XP and the other ME. When transferring all the Outlook Express 6.0 messages and folders from ME to XP, via my network, it worked fine. The other way around, though, isn't working. Using the Import wizard in OE6, the messages will begin to transfer, but slowly, and after a few more messages have transferred over, it just stops. I am wondering if there is someplace on the ME machine to adjust settings? Thanks, Susan

I don't know.

But if I wanted to transfer my e-mails I would do it by creating a PST file and placing all the e-mails in it. Then you can copy the PST file and load it.
