Hello all. I have had a wireless LinkSys 802.11b environment since
December of 2001 and things worked great until about 1.5 months ago. I will share what I have first, then the problem(s) I have LinkSys Cable DSL Router, LinkSys WAP11. I have 4 PCS connected with LinkSys wireless equip. All were running well for well over 2 years.. had peer to peer access, file and print across the wireless net and all 4 PC's had access (and still do ) to cable modem. I installed ZoneAlarmPro V4 for better secutity and believe "it" (ZoneLab) is the problem. Appox. two weeks later, ZoneAlarm started "Detecting New Network Wizard" which in turn seemed to isolate PC's one by one... No longer allowing file and print sharing (a big need in my environment). .. but all except win98 system have access to Cable Modem. How do I get peer to peer back?? I did not change any settings (w/exception of installing ZAlarmPro). What do I need to do to get my systems back working the way they were??
Thanks!

Humm what OS is running ZA? If it is XP then turn it off - then go to the services section and disable the TRUEVECTOR service. ZA loads a service and even if you close the app it will still be running...

With ZA OFF see if that makes a difference - if so then it is ZA. Next step is to dive into your ZA online guide and forums and see how to set it up to have file and print sharing.
