Slow Internet with Linksys Wireless Router

I am using a linksys wireless b router with Microsoft Windows ME. The system shows excellent connectivity to the router, but I am having very slow / no internet access. Any suggestions?

Do you have a firewall running? If so, disable it and check what the speed is without.

The only thing I have set up is Zone Alarm.

Yep, disable it and try the internet connection again. It that's the cause, you can latter configure it again. It's just a matter of finding the cause.
