Wireless help

i have a laptop on XP Home, and a Desktop On ME, They Are Currently half networked the desktop has broard band and the wireless laptop is using it but i can't get them to share the desktops printer (hp officejet 700 series) or see/use eschers hard disk either.

Please help ???
