I've read almost all the guide about setting up a peer-to-peer wireless connection. I'm sure that I've followed the right steps. Althouhg the bridge connection in windows XP didn't work for me, I've tried and successed in setting the wireless connection as a individual network (static IP) and use proxy to share the internet.
However, the problem now is that my wireless connection keep disconnecting itself just a few minutes after connected and then back to normal again. (I knew this by using continuous ping). And after about 10 mins, there was no more communication between 2 computer, the icon still showed connected state.
I'm using a Linksys PCMCIA and a Creative USB adapter.
Do you think that it was because the authourization did not complete?
I've disable WEP and other sercurity settings.
