Hello.

Guys, I'm having some major problems and I'm hoping you experts can figure it out.

I run a site at http://www.shiachat.com/cgi-bin/forum/ikonboard.cgi recently, I was not able to access it. It takes almost 5 minutes for a page to load, if it even ever decides toload. Itturns out that other people across theworld are havingthisproblemat the sametimeas me while other people from different parts of the world the site is running perfectly for them.

I tried downloading something frommy site, it download less than 1kb/sec, while i asked someone else on a diff. part of the planet to do it and it download 100+k/sec.

I asked my ISP, they said they have no problem with their connections.

I asked my website host providers, they said the same thing.

I'm left to think that it might be the routers.

COULD routers actually be that big of a problem if one of them is down? That people from all over the world cant access it?

I need any detailed helpyou can provide please.

Thanks!

what kind of router do you have? if it is a linksys router, try to access to web base utility and go to the advance tab and look for the MTU, enable the MTU and on the size type 1492 and make sure that the multi cast past through is enable. that should fix your problem:D
