Multi IPs

My isp offers multiple ips and so I checked this page

The hardware part seems easy enough, but how do I set up the software sharing part? There is no LAN to config, I think. One of the comp is with win98 and one with win xp. So how do I do it?

If you read down thro this thread it describes configuring the NICs for sharing. (Assuming you use the XP PC as the internet host).
