"Your PC is running low on memory..."
What could be causing this error on a laptop using a 10 MBPS Intel AnyPoint USB network adapter? The device otherwise works fine, but frequently gets this error when the system is booted up with it connected and networked to the Server PC, and the whole computer has to be rebooted to fix it. My laptop has Windows 2000 and plenty of memory - 256MB. Intel has very poor documentation on this.
I'm wondering if it might be the USB driver that's at fault, the Intel hardware, or a bad network connection with the server PC.
I have been debating whether or not I want to keep using it or try a new PC card network adapter that unfortunately cannot use the Intel software. I really like the Intel Anypoint ISS software, but I can only use it for Intel AP products.
