Internet sharing between 5 offices

Looking at sharing a high speed business cable connection between 5 small offices. Am looking for suggestions (both hardware and software) to assist in managing the Internet sharing between them.

I am considering using Bandwidth Controller (http://www.bandwidthcontroller.com) in a system with 5 network cards, which will allow me to cap each office's usage.

I will need to use some type of proxy software, such as WinRoute.

Does anyone have other suggestions/advice?
