I have just purchased a WAP and I am very frustrated! The WAP indicates a "link" to the LAN via LED light. My laptop shows the wireless network available and could communicate with the WAP to adjust settings. However, the computers on the LAN did see the LAN - but the PC's and the laptop could not communicate. I updated the firmware via the setup utility and now I can't access the WAP at all from any computer!! HELP!!

If it were me, I would try to make sure of the IP address of the WAP11. to make sure it is using the same "network number" as the rest of your network.

For example, if your network uses 192.168.0.nnn, and the AP is set for 192.168.1.nnn, then the AP is on a different network and will not respond.

Hope this helps, just something to check.
