I've got a Toshiba laptop with WinXP Pro SP1 with a Compaq WL110 Wireless PC Card. It connects wirelessly to a D-Link DWL-6000AP.
From the laptop I can connect with no problems to all of my network resources including file shares, printers and the shared Internet connection.
However, I cannot connect from any wired PCs back to the laptop's shared file shares. I cannot even ping the wireless laptop.
If I connect the laptop via Ethernet, then I can easily ping and connect to file resources on the laptop.
Does anyone know of a configuration setting/option that would prevent a connection to a wireless laptop but permit it when it is wired?
Regards,
Ozmael
