Wireless between Houses

My neighbor has a T1.5 which is underutilized. I was offered the opportunity to use the spare capacity. I can't run any wire since it is across the road. Therfore, I am considering wireless. I am thinking some sort of Access Point unit, but I am not sure if that is the best route, and if I would need an external antenna.

A wireless link is the only way. You most likely need a signal booster to make the connection.
