Hardware Dialup Router?

I have a few clients that are still on dialup and have multiple computers. These computers haven't been networked yet, so what I am looking for is a hardwire router with a built in modem. This would allow only 1 or multiple computers share internet access, and would use the modem to dial when need be. Does anyone know if such a thing exists?

If not, does anyone know how to setup a system like this in a Windows environment?

Yes they do exist. Check the popular makes, Proxim, Linksys, D-Link, Netgear.
