2 Routers

i have a speedstream router that allows computer to access the internet through the westell dsl router. the end result is i have two networks, one inside the other. i want to be able to access the westell's configuration page located at 192.168.1.254, while my computer is on the 129.168.0.X subnet. how do i setup the router tables to do this?

if both router has a remote management capabilities enable that and by then you will see the configuration of any router.
