First, let me say that I am a complete novice on wireless networking. Our small office was set up linking a laptop, a desktop and a print server with DLink products (working perfectly). I decided to update our Windows to XP Pro because it was suggested to me by our IT guy. Now that I have downloaded XP on the laptop, the network connection is "unavailable" and without email, our office is mostly shut down. Can anyone help?

1. Hv u checked that your wireless LAN Cards have correct drivers as per Win XP ?
2. If you have some software firewall installed and running, disable it temporarily, configure your LAN cards, and then re-enable the firewall. It will ask for permssion to allow the wireless data movement, to which you can allow.
Hope this will help.
Keep me posted.

Digimart - Thank you very much for your suggestion. I had to scramble to get it back up, so I called on a friend of a friend (IT Pro) who fixed it this morning.
Thanks again!
